The course is in two parts, “Adult Safeguarding, which is to assist Club Safeguarding Officers/Volunteers to understand their role in safeguarding adults, and particularly those adults who may be at risk.
The second part, “Time to Listen” this is a NSPCC developed module which has been designed for Club Welfare/Safeguarding Officers,it builds on the information that Club Welfare / Safeguarding Officers need and helps support them in their role.

Pre-Course materials for use during the training sessions will be sent by email to each participant in advance of the courses. Notes and relevant information along with a Certificate of Attendance will be sent afterwards.
You are kindly requested to bring a pen and paper with you.
Tea, Coffee & a breakfast pastry will be available on arrival and lunch will be available to be purchased on the day.
